Garnish Deluxe Trade Account Terms & Conditions

These Trade Account Terms & Conditions (“Trade Terms”) apply to all approved Garnish Deluxe trade account holders. By applying for, accessing, or placing orders through a Garnish Deluxe trade account, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Trade Account Eligibility

Trade accounts are available exclusively to approved hospitality and professional customers, including but not limited to:

  • Bars and cocktail venues

  • Restaurants and hotels

  • Event companies and caterers

  • Drinks brands and hospitality professionals

Garnish Deluxe reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate any trade account application at its sole discretion.

2. Commercial Use Only

Trade pricing and benefits are strictly for commercial and professional use.

Products purchased under a trade account must not be:

  • Resold directly to the general public

  • Listed or distributed via third-party marketplaces

  • Purchased for personal or domestic consumption

  • Shared or supplied to unauthorised third parties

Any misuse of trade pricing or breach of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of the trade account.

3. Account Activity & Ongoing Eligibility

Trade accounts are intended for ongoing professional use.

To retain trade pricing and access:

  • Accounts must maintain regular ordering activity

  • Garnish Deluxe may periodically review account usage and purchasing behaviour

  • Accounts showing prolonged inactivity may be downgraded to retail access or suspended

Minimum activity requirements may be updated as the trade program develops.

4. Pricing, Discounts & Product Availability

Trade pricing, discounts, and product availability:

  • Are subject to change at any time without prior notice

  • May vary by product, order volume, or promotional period

  • Are not guaranteed indefinitely

Product availability may also fluctuate due to seasonality, supply limitations, or stock availability.

5. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Custom or bespoke products, including venue-specific garnishes, branded items, or tailored product requests:

  • Are subject to separate confirmation and production timelines

  • May require minimum order quantities

  • May be non-refundable once production has commenced

Specific terms for bespoke orders will be confirmed prior to processing.

6. Payment Terms

All standard trade orders placed through the Garnish Deluxe website require payment at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoice-based ordering may be offered to selected long-term trade partners at Garnish Deluxe’s discretion and may be subject to:

  • Approved credit terms (such as Net 7 or Net 14)

  • Account performance and order history

  • Ongoing credit review

Late or failed payments may result in suspension of trade privileges or account termination.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Garnish Deluxe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any trade account that:

  • Breaches these Trade Terms

  • Misuses trade pricing or access

  • Shows repeated inactivity

  • Fails to meet payment obligations

  • Acts in a manner that may harm the Garnish Deluxe brand or reputation

In serious cases, termination may occur without prior notice.

8. Changes to Trade Terms

Garnish Deluxe reserves the right to amend or update these Trade Terms at any time.

The most current version will apply to all active trade accounts. Continued use of a trade account following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
